1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Robbie's Garage, an independent UK garage located at Unit 9, Raymond Court, Haverhill CB9 8PH. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Agreement

a. Robbie's Garage agrees to provide automotive repair, maintenance, and related services (the "Services") to customers in a professional and timely manner.

b. Customers must provide accurate and complete information about their vehicle, including make, model, year, and any specific issues or requirements.

c. We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe to work on or if necessary repairs exceed reasonable expectations.

3. Pricing and Payments

a. All prices for services are provided in advance whenever possible. Estimates may be subject to change if additional repairs are required.

b. A deposit may be required before commencing certain repair or maintenance work.

c. Full payment is required upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

d. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Cheques are not accepted.

e. Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in additional charges, including interest and legal fees where applicable.

4. Parts and Materials

a. Robbie's Garage will utilise high-quality parts and materials for repairs and replacements unless otherwise requested by the customer.

b. If a customer requests specific parts, they will be responsible for any additional costs. Special order parts may require a non-refundable deposit.

c. Any removed parts will be disposed of unless the customer requests to retain them before work begins.

5. Warranty

a. We provide a warranty for both labour and parts used in repairs. The warranty terms will be communicated before work begins.

b. Warranty claims will be invalid if:

  • The vehicle is misused or involved in an accident.
  • Further repairs are carried out by another party without our prior consent.
  • The customer fails to follow recommended maintenance and service intervals.

c. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, consumable parts, or faults unrelated to the work performed.

6. Vehicle Storage and Collection

a. Vehicles must be collected within 48 hours of repair completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.

b. A daily storage fee may be charged for uncollected vehicles beyond this period.

c. Robbie's Garage is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left inside vehicles. Customers are advised to remove valuables before leaving their vehicle.

7. Liability and Limitations

a. While we exercise reasonable care and skill in providing services, Robbie's Garage is not liable for unforeseen damage, loss, or injury resulting from service provision.

b. We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or unrelated mechanical failures that may arise after service completion.

c. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

8. Customer Responsibilities

a. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and reporting any known issues.

b. Customers must authorize all additional repairs or modifications beyond the initial service agreement.

c. Customers are responsible for arranging vehicle transportation to and from our premises.

d. Any complaints regarding the services provided must be reported within 7 days of completion.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Robbie's Garage reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the revised Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
